Muskrat River Roast is a festival held in Salem, NJ. It would be held annually to benefit the children of Salem's school system. Top chefs from around the country would be invited to come and cook up the meanest, most delicious, muskrat. Each chef would receive two invitations that are mini cutting boards categorized by veggies and meat! One invite could be given to a sous chef for the chef.
