Brooklyn amazingness

Such an awesome little wonder in NY! A PORCH!

Picture of the week!

Sunday Funday with Alli, Dustin, Will, Laura, Pete and all of their lovely friends. This was an awesome evening out in Brooklyn. You walk through this alley to the house with this big opening. I swear it was like walking into a different state, check out the next pic to see how NY always surprises us.

And the beat goes on...

A little illustration/watercolor I did! I have this obsession with hearts!!!

Unpack and find a treasure...

This was a wonderful necklace I got when I was little. I used to sew a lot and my Aunt got it for me because she taught me everything I know. You'd be amazed at what I can do with a needle. Unfortunately I choose not to use those skills so I am mailing it to one of my favorite people and fashion designer Marie Black. I hope she treasures it as much as I have! I think it is just such an interesting piece.

Pup Zen Crate

I would love to have one of these! Unfortunately they are very expensive and Coco is just going to have to stick with her old crate. Bummer. Oh and I would like a Frenchie too!

Bedroom Decor

So Andrew and I have been trying to find a way to get a boxspring and mattress for a reasonable price. We have had no such luck. So I am going to ask my Dad if he and I can go get 8 of these shipping platforms, that sell for 4 dollars a piece. Paint them and wa la....instant bed platform then all we need is a mattress.

Big vintage fork and spoon!

Amazing book decor!

I especially love these because it would be so tough to pick which book to put in them. I hardly doubt it would matter because they are beautiful. I want these!!!!

Milk does a body good!

I love this packaging because I drink a ton of milk and realistically you can't do anything with those milk jugs except squish them and recycle. But realistically this is soooo much cooler!

Picture of the week!

This one is for Laurie! Actually all of the pictures of the week will be for Laurie! She lives in Hawaii and is one of my dearest friends. In order to keep in touch we try and send pictures once a week to eachother! She is a lot better about sending them out. So NOW I will start posting mine on here.

This is my beautiful sister Katie and brother in law Paul on one of their many vacations this year, or it might be their honeymoon! Either way I love this pic and them.

How cute are these cans of soda?

Shrunken apple heads!

Making shrunken apple heads is one of my favorite Halloween traditions! I remember doing these a couple times when I was a little kid and thinking that they were so silly and so fun. A few years ago I mentioned the idea to my husband who kind of laughed—and then jumped right in when I got started. You will have a blast making them, but you do need to get started because they do need a few weeks to dry: (*floral showers craft blog)

Strange face!

Puppy rides used to be a lot more frequent. However car rides now consist of moving the car from one side of the road to the other, due to street sweeping!

Strange feet!

This is my dog Coco's feet.
This picture is from a design/photo class.
We were assigned to take some self portraits, both of ourselves and of an object that doesn't have us in it but portrays us.

These were amazing windows!

My Dad and our snotty cat!

She really is not a nice cat but she is absolutely beautiful!

New logo

New logo I did for a new photographer on Crowdspring. Not sure if it will be picked but I really liked it!
She wanted the logo to be playful for her up and coming photography shop, she also wanted a robin in some way.

Muskrat options! I did these sketches for a school project, I eventually found the real muskrat who made the final cut. He is in my portfolio listed as Muskrat River Roast.

Watch out!!!
Random sketch I did when I found out about Prismacolor Markers!
They are great for shading!

Pawky Covers

Magazine covers for up and coming bands.

Magazine layout highlighting the crazy character's attributes.

Muskrat River Roast

Muskrat River Roast is a festival held in Salem, NJ. It would be held annually to benefit the children of Salem's school system. Top chefs from around the country would be invited to come and cook up the meanest, most delicious, muskrat. Each chef would receive two invitations that are mini cutting boards categorized by veggies and meat! One invite could be given to a sous chef for the chef.
